Throughout his professional career, he has successfully led business operations, financial management, merchandising, sourcing, and strategic planning, contributing significantly to organizational growth and sustainable business development.
He served as Corporate Manager – Visual Merchandising at a multinational organization, where he was instrumental in strengthening brand identity, enhancing retail presentation, and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that improved business performance and customer engagement.
Prior to this, Mr. Hossain held the position of Executive Director (Finance) at ESSA, where he played a key role in financial planning, corporate governance, risk management, and organizational transformation. His leadership contributed substantially to improving financial efficiency and strengthening corporate management practices.
He also served as Director of Dhamerica Sourcing Ltd., a renowned buying house, where he successfully managed international sourcing operations, buyer relationship management, supply chain coordination, and global business partnerships.
